3 Bedroom Apartment in PP

Hi, this is my first post in the forum but I have been to PP many times before, having always stayed in hotels, firstly when our children were younger at the Puerto Azul and when we holidayed together at the Miramar. Next year we are bringing our children back to PP with their partners and have found what appear to be beautiful new build apartments overlooking La Gola situated at the end of Carrer del Timo.
My dilemma is because these are so new I can’t find any review for them neither can I see them on Google maps (well only the shell of the building). If it helps the ground floor apartment is called Margarita and the second floor apartment is called Antonia.
Is anybody familiar with these, they do appear to be furnished to a high spec and are situated just a row back from the beach.
Any information, no matter how small that may help me with making a decision to book one of these would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

I went past and took a couple of pictures of the apartments.

From the outside they look very new and smart.

They have terraces overlooking the little wetlands there.

I suspect the higher one would be better if they are the same inside.

We too walked past there last week and they look really lovely from the outside. Lovely quiet area with gorgeous views over the little nature reserve. I agree the top one would have lovely views.
