It's very early stages yet but myself and my wife Anne are looking into the feasibility of long term rental in PP. We are seeking a 1/2 bedroom apartment or house/villa and would appreciate any information from forum members. Specifically what the monthly payment includes and excludes. Is it advisable to rent through an agent or maybe private rental?
Just a little about our situation. We are both retired but do not yet qualify for the state pension. I also have one or two medical conditions, which need monitoring and necessitate bi annual blood tests.
I know there are lots to consider but any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance. Tommo.

Blood tests are annual. Sorry. Also I forgot to mention that we will be bringing two well behaved Jack Russells.

Blood tests are free at Puerto Pollensa Health Centre (Just behind church in square). I had 2 INR tests (Warfarin Levels) during August - very straightforward, just show your EHIC Card, nothing else required, no passport needed, and waiting times are unbelievably fast - puts our A&E to shame.

No worries!!

Thanks very much Tangoman. I usually have to wait at least a month for my results.

I might be able to help. Is a life a must? On the 2nd floor but very quiet as only four apartments in block and one road back from Paseo Voramar. PM for more details.

Hi Nellie. Did you receive my PM? Only I'm not the best with technology.
