Airport transfers

Hi all. We are coming out to pp on the 21st of September landing at 1015am and returning to uk on 5 the of October with the flight leaving at 11.00 am.
My question is how do we make the transfers by public transport and in particular what time would we have to catch the return bus. In the past we have used taxis and latterly resort hoppa. However, looking at forum reports the hoppa is not now up to its previous high standard. Are there any other shared shuttle services anyone can recommend ¿?
On a slightly different tack has any member used Ryan air flying out of Manchester?

Does anyone know the name of the company across from Nicos and Tiberi who have a board outside with their rates on it?
