Visited this restuarant for the first time this evening. WOW!!

It was excellent. They do a set menu with choices in each course between 7 and 8pm and also have a full a La carte. The set menu which we had is superb and the cost is just 22 euro’s for 3 courses. The staff were very friendly.

Well worth the visit and we will be back.

Told you it was fab…..including the white chocolate! : D

I like it a lot. I think the a la carte is a touch expensive so would enjoy the set menu if they ever changed it. Whilst other restaurants change the set menu weekly, Amazo has remained largely unchanged since it opened, which puts me off to be honest.

We found the a la carte very imaginative. Usual ingredients in an imaginative way, e.g. skate wings with mash etc. I love traditional fried skate but this impressed me.
The staff very helpful and good that you can see the preparation.
Bit baffled by the roasted apple skin apertizer but went along with it.
Will visit again.
