Amitriptyline

Hello everyone,

I'm going to PP in October, and I'll need to take my medication, Amitriptyline, with my (I have ME and Fibromyalgia). I've been trying to check if it's legal in Spain, and also if I'll need to take a doctor's letter with me, but I haven't been successful. Can anyone help?

Amitriptilina hidrocloruna or Tryptizol (10mg) as it is known here is widely available and can be bought over the counter in any Chemist. You may be asked to produce the previous box as proof that you have had it before but you don't need a prescription. Also it is very cheap - a little over one euro for a box of 24.
