Looking at all the posts here and the mountain of stuff off the side-menus I thought it might be easier to just ask rather than continue surfing.

Apartment for two.
Double, queen or king bed.
Very, very good air conditioning a must; especially in bedroom.
No critters. Arthropods in particular.

Balcony a plus.
Ocean view a plus.
Espresso machine a plus.
In or very near Pollensa town

Am afraid that Ocean View & being near Pollensa town is very unlikely & probably impossible. Pollensa town is about 7km from the coast on a hill. Puerto Pollensa is the seaside resort so please do look at the maps & think about where you'd like to be. Also I believe there are many more apartments in Pto Pollensa. The town has mainly 'townhouses' plus lovely villas with pools in the hills nearby.

Someone may be able to recommend (but no advertising here please) but your best bet is to use the search option at Rent Villas Apartments in Puerto Pollensa (Port de Pollenca), Majorca (Mallorca) - although we don't have expresso machines as a search criteria!
