Hi, I'm a new member looking to buy in PP after visiting for the last 20 years!!!

We're really interested in Villas Olimpos in Bellresgard. Does anyone know of it? Is it a good place to buy? Any potential\ problems or pitfalls?

Just read another of your posts which suggests you have bought

Did you buy in Bellresguard ........ we have been staying there for the last 12 years and have every intention of buying one day .......... problem we have is that we like Bellresguard so much but couldn;t afford to buy there without selling up here and we are not ready to do that yet

Anyway, congratulations .......... I love it when someone realises their dream ...... makes me feel closer to realising mine

Yes, we finally did the deed last week!!! It's one of the 4 bedroom ones called Villa Olimpos. - Fabulous.

Just hope we'll be able to get out often enough to enjoy it.

Next time you're there say hello to the psyco fish for me .............. we love all of the fish in the ornamental ponds but the ones around the villas are particularly crazy when they see anything they think may be edible
