There is a great little shop on Jaime XX111 which sells fresh, ecologically produced vegetables, fruit, wine and flour and other produce.
I asked the shop assistant there if they also sold gluten free produce. They do and are also happy to order in specially required items if you need them.
They are on Facebook and the man in the shop said that anyone could contact the shop via Facebook to enquire about any dietary items that they might need for their holiday in Puerto Pollensa.
