Brilliant insurance company

You never know how good an insurance company is until it is tested.

We had a large bedroom window approximately 3 m square which developed a crack. We notified our insurance company on Tuesday morning and by 3pm the same day they had a specialist from Palma come to look at it.

Because it was so large (and therefore heavy) the only access was by crane from the road and over the top of the house. It took a team of 5 people most of the day, and today just 3 days later it has all been done.

Absolutely brilliant service from Seguros Catalania Occidente !

I hope my claim has a similar prompt, successful, outcome. It's for half of a pair or hearing aids, circa £3000, which I am guessing is a victim of Covid. I reckon it was entangled with the face mask strings as I removed the mask.
