Building next to Sis pins

Just received letter from Globespan warning of apartments being built next to Residentia Sis Pins. We are heading out in 5 weeks - and our second week will be in the Sis Pins so wondering what is going on.

Last year there was a house being built to the left of the Sis Pins but there never seemed to be any workmen there!!

Has anyone noticed/ had a look lately and can tell me more?
