Would this hotel group be contactable during the off season?

I know they used to run the Pollensa Park before Fergus Style took over along with several others and still have the Hobby Club, Romantic and Las Velas.

I have called and emailed them on the contact numbers provided but had no reply to either and would like to ask a few questions.
