Hi folks,

I'm a newbie & have already got so much from the amazing forum. I am booked for a week in Olimpo Villa from 27th April with my husband, mother in law & sis in law.

My 80 year old mother in law has asked if there is a catholic church in the area so I thought I'd ask here. This is our first visit to Puerto Pollensa.

Thanks in advance,

Pam

Hi Pam (Or do you prefer Miss DD) ?

Sure Sparky is correct on the Church. Think most Churches around the area
are mainly Catholic.
Puerto Pollensa will be a perfect place for your family to enjoy.
Good to see a new member.
Keep us posted

Wizzard :)

Thank you so much Sparky, especially for the prompt reply. I look forward to contributing to the forum in the future.

Kind regards, Pam

Hi Wizzard,

Pam is fine, good to meet you :)

I love to research a place fully before I visit & must admit this is an amazing forum! My husband lost his Dad 2 weeks ago so we were looking for the ideal place for us all to have a relaxing holiday.

Normally I have to trawl the internet for information but it's all here for Puerto Pollensa & a very friendly place too. I may be asking 1 or 2 more questions on the forum before we travel on the 27th of April.

Thanks again :)

Glad to be of help Pam, i hope you have a great holiday and do let us know how it goes.:)

Holiday in Puerto Pollensa Magazine

This magazine has loads of info, you can normally pick up a copy in the port but not sure if it is out for 2011 yet?

There is normally a saturday night mass that my parents go to, (must admit that i slope of to one of th bars while they are there!). But the doors are left open and afterwards its nice to see all the kids playing in the square.

Welcome to the forum and enjoy puerto pollensa.
