We both have cooking experience but my main experience lies in front of house service, working in one of London's best hotel as a Senior Chef de Rang(Station waiter) and Cocktail Bar man.
Luke is a professional chef de partie in a 2 AA rosette restaurant, he has trained along Michelin starred chefs such as Albert Roux.
I'm also experienced crewing on yauchts especially around the Isle of White and have my ICC up to 10m.
In London we run a successful club night so are looking to do some promotion and DJing in Mallorca, any help is greatly appreciated!
