Chef and Barman Looking for ANY job!

We both have cooking experience but my main experience lies in front of house service, working in one of London's best hotel as a Senior Chef de Rang(Station waiter) and Cocktail Bar man.

Luke is a professional chef de partie in a 2 AA rosette restaurant, he has trained along Michelin starred chefs such as Albert Roux.

I'm also experienced crewing on yauchts especially around the Isle of White and have my ICC up to 10m.

In London we run a successful club night so are looking to do some promotion and DJing in Mallorca, any help is greatly appreciated!

Hi Sam and Luke.
I see many have read your post but you haven't had a response yet. I personally feel that you may find more opportunities in the Santa Ponsa area as the area is huge in terms of restaurants bars etc. Also why not contact the yachting places directly as you never know. Word of mouth is very powerful these days and certainly worth a try. Good luck and sorry not much help so far.
