Click and Rent - where do you collect car from at airport?

We have almost always used Roig car hire and have found the collection from the airport multi storey very straightforward. However, we are thinking of renting a villa next summer from a company who use Click and Rent. I've looked back through some of the threads here but cannot work out whether Click and Rent have their desk on the fourth floor AND you collect your car from the multi storey or if you have to go off airport to pick up the car (I'm probably being dense). When I phoned the villa company, there was a bit of confusion so I thought I would double check here as some of you have used Click and Rent. We used Centauro one year and the shuttle and then the queues at the office were awful. We're not doing that again!
