Week beginning 7th November there will be Cookery Classes held from 11am - 2pm at the The Ivy Garden restaurant
Here is a sample of the dishes to be created and tasted:
polenta bocadillos with salami and gorgonzola
squd with black ink polenta and brocoli zaleti
baked peaches
trout with almonds
potatoes with yoghurt and rucola
semifredo de limon y menta
A special sunday lunch
tortellini with caldo de carne
lesso mixto con salsa peare y salsa verde
