Cycle Race 17th October 2019

Just come home from having lunch to see signs for road closures for Thursday 17th between 09.00 and 14.00. Have looked on the website for the route and it is not clear at all. Our apartment is on the bypass and we are going to the airport that morning - any ideas where I can find more information?
