Have just received following txt from debs
Went to police re dog but no animal welfare officer there. Owners appear to have moved and return every couple of days to put some food down (expletive removed!). Off to refuge soon with detailed map and pleading letter!
Could you post on forum and see if anyone who lives out here can help please?
