Difficulty Logging In

If you are having difficulty loggin in (& have not had problems previously), it is likely that something has changed on your PC that has caused the issue.

If you are having problems, please try the following:

If you use Internet Explorer, clear down internet history - Tools, Internet Options, Delete browsing history. In Chrome - Tools, Clear browsing data. All other browsers have something similar. More info here http://www.forum.puertopollensa.com/faq.php?faq=vb3_board_usage#faq_vb3_cookies

If you have another browser on your PC, try logging on with that one.

Turn your PC - on & off!

If you have access to another PC or laptop, try that.

Check your password - see http://www.forum.puertopollensa.com/using-pollensa-forum/5848-lost-password.html & type it carefully!

If you STILL have issues, then email me at webmaster@puertopollensa.com & tell me:

your forumId
Name
PC or Mac
Browser - IE, Firefox etc.

& exactly how you access the forum & exactly what you typed & any error message etc. The more detail the better.

Thanks Pollensa & Sparky, I couldn't log on, then Sparky suggested deleting browsing history which I did twice, I left it for an hour then I reset my password & it worked!
