Disabled villa

Hi all. My sister is looking for an adapted villa with pool in Puerto Pollensa quite close to amenities. Must haves are pool chair/hoist or ramp into the pool, a wet room with grab rails and shower chair and all on one level. Minimum of 3 beds but ideally a 7 bed to suit all the family. Any recommendations gratefully received. Thanks
