Anyone got any idea as to when Easyjet are due to release their flights for October next year? I can't find anything on their website:confused:

Looking back at our old emails it was 21 st May 2010 release date for October/ winter scehdule 2010 from our local airports.

Might be completely different date for 2011 though...

It is annoying as we like to visit the last week in September to return 1st week in October, but cant book the October flights so miss out on the early booking low prices as we dont book the September outbound flights until October return flights are available...

Would be better if Winter schedule was November onwards :)

Mark.

Summer flights were released earlier this year than last year so hopefully October flights will be released earlier too;) I agree that Winter Schedule should be exactly what it says....winter....and that should be November onwards. Some people have their main summer holiday in October.

Flights are on sale from Newcastle for October 2011:)

Talk about airlines; are there any Ryanair fans out there?

Micheal O'Leary walked into a bar in Dublin and ordered a pint of Guinness.
That will be 1 Euro said the bar tender.
Very good value my man, just like my airline.
Ohh! By the way..... would you like a glass said the barman..... that will be extra.

Not available from Bristol yet....gives you the option to select the dates but when you try to go any further it states flights on the route are only available until end of sept...This happened with the summer schedules when I was trying to book April/July flights...I find this so frustrating

Cath I think Easyjet do this as their system is set up to show all dates and routes but then they release flights gradually, starting with the not so busy airports first. That way they can take bookings at a steady pace thus avoiding their systems crashing ! It's like a stampede when Gatwick Stanstead and Luton are released

The release of flights from Newcastle has been peculiar this year!

In previous years we have had year round flights which was great for people in the NE catchment area and Scotland.

However, this year, they stopped flights at the end of last October and have released flights for 2011 starting from the 25th April!! Easter Monday! up to the end of September.

Hard lines if you wanted a fortnight at Easter in the traditional School holidays as we have always done when we were working.

We also traditionally took the October half term week but this year there was no indication that they would release flights in October so we have booked in September. Now I see they are flying throughout October!!

Come on Easyjet, stop playing games, and give us our flights back.

I've worked out that just before the flights are released by Easyjet, they load up the timetable first. The timetable shows flight to be 'sold out' but if you click on the 'square' the flight number and times appear but no prices! Bristol and Gatwick flights are already loaded up until October 29th 2011. The flights will be on sale soon, keep looking!

No joy with bristol.....still showing the dates until you click on "show flights" ...oh well patience is a virtue so they say

Flights from Newcastle with Easyjet have gone up from £52.93 to £70.93 per person in the space of a week:(:( This is for a week in October (15th - 22nd), and before luggage etc is added on. What's this all about?:(

Perhaps they have realised that some schools are on their half term that week. Other schools are the week after. It depends on the school and the area but could be a reason.

The flights will have gone up as the seats get booked ...Easyjet policy! Hence the increase over the week. They will always start higher during school holidays than at off peak times which is why you you need to book as soon as the flights are released.

Bristol on sale now for October!

Hi Ray

I think its a good idea to subscribe.

However, my complaint was that they had released flights between 25th April and 30th September some time ago BUT have only just released October flights, too late for me as I have already booked September instead!

Also early April flights before 25th are still missing so they have lost my booking to Jet2, who are not usually as economic as EJ.

I am subscribed but they dont email you until up to a week after flights released, If they email at all.

I notice speedyboarding now £22 each!

Easyjet dont always send the emails.

We are subscribed twice with seperate email addresses and names and rarely receive the emails until a week or so after release.

They know that frequent flyers will always pay the price and go, so the announcement emails are delayed until the price goes up after the first few days. ( thats my theory that appears to be true)
