Exchange rate ???

Hi,

Anyone know (sparky) what the going rate is in the Port.

Best I can find in the UK is around 1.17 euro to the pound.

should I change at home or over in PP.

If I were going anytime soon, I would buy now as the rate is on the slide, down 4 cents since the high of last week. My guess is if you wait until you arrive, it could be lower.

Hi siren - you cannot bank on the exchange rate at any one time - even from minute to minute. Banks set their rates for the day but the rates are so volatile at the moment you do not know where you are. I am afraid it is a case of 'suck it and see'!

Exchange rate back up to 1.16 at M&S, Visa card exchange rate still at 1.20, not too bad I suppose!
