Ezboard Accounts

Hello everyone.

I only have a local ezboard account and my account keeps being frozen. Although I have read my current messages I cannot reply to them.

Jane told me weeks ago that I should upgrade my account to global user and I never got round to it.

Today I have tried to do it but every time I get to the payment details the site just crashes. Has this happened to anyone else? Any tips?

Dear Sazzle,

I regularly pay for the board itself & have managed to do so. I have occasionaly found that the 'you've paid' page hangs & I've raised a support issue & was told that I had paid successfully.

There are various support forums (including one on Payment Issues) & you should post your issue to relevant ones. Be as specific as possible & explain exactly which screens you did view, the one you were on & what you mean by 'crashed' - did you get a message, did it just stop or what.

Thank you for your help Pollensa. I think I have a problem with my computer.

Each time I enter my details and press 'submit', I get taken to the step 2 but can't seem to dowload the necessary information. My machine just stops and it says ('1 item remaining' in the corner). It doesn't matter how long I wait, nothing happens.

When my very lazy son gets out of bed I shall ask him to help me.
