Gardener wanted to lay some Grass!

Does anyone know how you go about getting a small amount of grass laid/sown in an apartment garden? I understand that a mixture of plants/seed are sown.

We've had several promises but none have come to fruition yet & it's getting rather late in the season (too many Mañanas...) Once it's laid we'll also require maintenance - any idea how often this tough Mallorcan grass needs trimming?

Any advice/recommendations appreciated. Thank you.
