Gommar is a great area and offers much including easy walking distance to beaches and the centre. This news can only benefit and is just the good news needed for the Port with all the doom and gloom.

May I ask what "doom and gloom" ?? I'm puzzled.

Not quite sure why you are puzzled Nick. Many are worried about the licence situation, the tv channel loss, the closing of various businesses, property, etc etc. It is all here in various posts. BUT this is great news and it is Christmas so lets celebrate what is good and hope a lot of the other things which many are worried about sort themselves out!
