Just a nonsense saying literally translated as" until the sandals".I was one of Louie's employees back in the 70's and we had a lot of little sayings that didn't really make a lot of sense except to ourselves.It was a wild time for Spain which was in a state of flux with Franco on the way out and we did our best to misbehave accordingly.

Not withstanding what the Urban Dictionary says now,back in the 70's it meant to leave,drop or avoid something.'Stangs the elric' for instance would be,get rid of or leave the girl.Elric being 'the Richard' as in Richard the Third or bird.A bit of cockney rhyming slang thrown in there.Hope this doesn't make sense to anybody
