Have Villa Concha Apartments had a refurb

We walked through Villa Concha on Friday and it looked amazing, everything ready and several people staying there already

I do find it a little annoying when people want to use facilities of other apartment complexes such as pools etc. If they want a pool book a property with a pool. If people want to use the new play area in the Villa Concha they should book to stay there and not across the road and just wander in! It is unfair on people who are paying for these facilities in their rental and even if people wander in and buy drinks etc it is still annoying as if everyone did it the pools,play areas etc would be too full at the expense of paying customers.

Sorry to rant but this does annoy me!

Appreciate what you are saying tangofan, and I wouldn't have normally thought of 'just wandering in'.
It was advertised on the apartments website that we are/were able to use their facilities at the VC so was a bit confused when told last year that we couldn't. It was just a question to see if anyone knew if we were able to use them this time as we have friends who we don't see often, staying in the VC who leave 2 days after we get there. So thought I would ask people's advice as thought it would be nice to see our friends over there if we were allowed to use the facillities for all of 2-3 hours instead of meeting on the beach. But this has since been answered by a hotel manager.

I have booked Villa Concha for a week in October with my disabled friend so will be asking for a downstairs appt.Has anyone had any experiences of these appartments?
