Reading the page in the Majorca paper today (on this site), I am a bit confused over the "Mid September deadline for holiday rental homes". This refers to the legalisation of holiday rentals and the certificate required. But it mentions that the requirements are that "the home should be family sized, detached, and not have more than four bedrooms". Does this mean that every apartment that is rented out is now going to be illegal? This obviously is not the case, but am concerned about the write up. Anyone shed any light on this?:rolleyes
