hostels, b&b

I,m heading back out to the Pollensa area in september this year and i'll be cycling from the airport. How feasible would it be to seek accomodation as and when i decide to stop en route to the north. I'm thinking hostels or are there b&b type places or guest houses ? I've always used hotel/aptments in the past but fancy something different this time and i do want to pass through Sineu to get that painting i glimpsed last week !!
