Have a flight booked in march, hotel romantic looks ok has anyone been there,and give feedback

Hotel Romantic

Hi Tim,

We stayed at the Romantic a couple of times and for a 2 star hotel it is very good value. If you can get a sea view room, it's worth it but there are only 9 of them I think.
The only word of caution is that we tried to get a booking there for some friends a year or so ago for a March stay and althought they took the booking, they changed our friends to the Pollensa Park (sister hotel) about a month before departure, saying that due to poor occupancy levels, the Romantic would not open until the May of that year.

Well, in a way I suppose it is at least reassuring to know that there is alternative accomadation, rather than just a cancellation. I have never stayed there and only once had a drink there, but it has a lovely wee atmosphere and it is right on the beach... go for it tim !
