Info on an apartment please

Hello all. I have reserved an apartment opposite the beach in El Pinaret, adjacent to the park at the front of the Guardia Civil (on the right hand side if you are looking out to sea). Can anyone tell me how large the building is and whether you know if the ground floor are residents or holiday lets please? Many thanks!

Is this a 3 bedroom apartment? I think there are 2 identical blocks of 6 apartments and if it is these apartments I believe the majority of the building is residential. Do you have a name?
