Hi all,
just a tip for anyone flying from Ireland to Palma, I have just discovered that www.flythomascook.com have flights from Belfast International. I wish I had seen this a few weeeks ago as my flights with Jet2 for May were quite expensive and I could have saved £ 175.00 in total ( 3 travelling) a good saving.
maybe you all already knew this and I am the last to know !!!
Regards ,
Tanya.

Oh Pollensa if only I had checked the flights page , it is so easy not to see what is staring you in the face. Duhhhhhh.

Thanks for this. I will check it out. I hadn't noticed it on the PP site either!

I do think that Jet 2 can be expensive. We usually try to fly Easyjet as they are often cheaper and the service, with the exception of the 'rugby scrum' to board, is good.

Hi Tanya

You're definitely not alone - I hadn't noticed it either! I'll certainly check it out in the future. I've used both Easyjet or Jet2 with no particular preference execpt that maybe Jet2 flight times are slightly better. I'm flying Jet2 in July and got a very good price but booked as soon as their schedule became available last August.

I've also booked with Jet2 for October because, as Sharon has already pointed out elsewhere, there are no Easyjet flights at present. It's good to know there are other options available.

Thanks again. LK

hi all,
Good to hear that jet2 are up to easyjet standard as we have only ever flown with easy jet or british midland ,belfast heathrow palma ,in the winter as we have no direct flights. www.ryanair.ie also have great fares from dublin/ palma but not for my dates in may.
regards, Tanya.

Thanks Tanya. That's useful information especially regarding getting to Palma in winter. I've never visited PP in the winter months but would love to some day.
