I notice that Ross was the chef for both the recent feature nights at Hostal Paris - does that mean he has left Nostalgia? I do hope not.

No, Nostalga is shut for the winter and Ross is keeping his hand in and still producing excellent food.

Nostalgia is not closed for the winter it will re-open on Thursday 15th December.
