La font urbanisation utilities developments

Ola!

We are in the process of purchasing a property in la font pollenca and trying to get an understanding of the status, implications, and potential costs associated with the community works ie water sewage ...etc.

I am aware of the estimated 35k costs associated with the works but am not sure of timings, pre works commitments, final voting, resident no payment exposures and most worryingly the rumored 15% added value tax ( based upon what - total property value, incremental value and how this "added value" is going to be calculate and by whom.

Can anyone provide an update Or perspective on this?
