Thanx TFA,
Letter in the post to the Mallorca contact and will update as soon as I have any info.

Thanx again,
Miriam

Hiya,
back to PP next Sunday, and so far no reply.

Just a wee bit of info on a short quiet walk.
The little park - La Gola nature trail,I think, north side of the river, is quite flat and very quiet. The entire walk was not open when we were there, (Easter) but what was open was suitable for assisted wheelchair users (nae big hills or bumpy bitz) and anyone with very limited mobility.

Access is from sea front, up Calle de Temple Fielding and on the left. ( Hope I have this correct )

La Gola update

The walk is now open all the way across the river. However, it is only the first section ( north side of the river) to the first bridge that is actually paved. But dont be put off by that... the remainder surfacing is still ok for both wheelchair and limited ability walking.
We had a lovely walk there yesterday.
(It is also a very serious shortcut from Tolos area to Eroski at the plane roundabout)

Thanks for the info I will give it a try when we go over in July. It will make a change from just walking up and down the bumpy Pine walk.

I too took a lady in a wheelchair around this walk on Sunday,no problems and very peaceful, full of butterflies and various plants, plus birds swooping over the river.
