Living in Puerto Pollensa

We have decided after many years of discussion and visits to hopefully settle down in Puerto Pollensa region and would greatly appreciate any advice on re-locating etc; and the area itself in winter months.

With luck we are hoping to come in February to view the area in winter!

I love PP out of season. It becomes a real Mallorquin town and of course a lot quieter. Chris Lox posted a fantastic piece a while ago about life out of season, but I've forgotten where he posted it. I'm sure someone will tell us where it is, and put a link to it!
