Looking for an Apartment to purchase

I have been following the forum for many years as a regular visitor to the area for 28 years. We are now looking to purchase an apartment in the central area of Puerto Pollensa, ideally 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Hi Kathy, I wanted to reply to you but for some reason cannot figure out to private message you. Anyway, my friends have decided to sell their lovely apartment after ten years, and I can give you all the details if you P.m. me.

Briefly it's a three bedroom two bathroom modern apartment on the first floor, in a complex with a pool, and it's situated between Pineret and the Pollensa Park. A lovely community, and worth a look.

Pinaret is at the south sandy beach area, past Tolos restaurant.

A google maps link, this only mention bus stops called 'el pinaret' on the bypass but you will get the idea of the area between Tolos and the bus stops on the map link.
It is a fairly quiet and peaceful area and a short walk maybe 10 minutes into town along the beautiful beach.

Our first apartment was in Pinaret and is idealy placed regarding the beach and restaurants. Probably a ten minute walk into the main part of the Port but lovely and quiet
