Looking for Apartment in Aug

Hello, can we not now book a private apartment through this site, it lists them so I am a bit confused! Are there any owners who could offer me a 3 bedroom apartment for 7-14 days in Aug please? I have searched all the usual sites like owners direct etc, either already booked or too expensive. Thank you!

ps. If tall building must have a lift as my husband has Parkinsons disease.
