I don't think I've seen many/any reviews for this relatively new restaurant in Pollensa, but we had a really good meal there at the end of December. I think it's owned by the same people as Font del Gall (it's located opposite) - previously it was a restaurant called Carbo, which specialised in grilled meat and fish, and the new manager who is from Inca has retained the woodburning oven in the open kitchen and given it a makeover. It's very smart inside with lots of natural wood and stone, and will have outside tables on the terrace in the warmer months. They were extremely busy when we went on a Thursday evening and seemed to have a number of regular customers - always a good sign. We had garlicky prawns and mussels to start - the prices aren't cheap, but the portions are generous - followed by lamb shoulder and steak, all perfectly cooked. Side dishes are extra, but inexpensive and there's a good selection. The menu is fairly limited and a couple of dishes had sold out, but hopefully they will introduce some specials during high season. Hats off to them for deciding to stay open at a time when pretty much everywhere is shut and judging by the numbers of contented customers, that decision paid off for them. We were really pleased with our meal - as we have always been at Font del Gall - and will definitely return.
