My daughter is suffering badly with prickly heat on her legs. Usual Aloe Vera after sun not working. Any local ointments that anyone could recommend?

Take her to the farmacia, they are very good ;).
I agree Sparky. The pharmacists are very good. I went to the one near Beaudagita with some very angry bites to my hand. The pharmacist took one look and asked me if I suffered from a blood disorder which I do. She gave me some antibiotic cream and said to come back in two days if the bites hadn't got any better. The cream worked but I went back to thank her. I couldn't thank her enough. Unfortunately, due to ill health I've had cause to visit the farmacias on many occasions and have found them to be very helpful.

Update on daughter- pharmacy on Main road was indeed very helpful. One cream for daytime to stop the itching and a hydrocortisone cream to use at night sparingly. 24 hours later marked improvement. Once home will visit GP to discuss anti histamine tablets for future visits. Many thanks.

I didn't know what prickly heat was until I just googled it. I had this down my arms back at easter. I'd bought a new sun cream (in a white bottle), I took antihistamine and used hydrocortisone which brought it down slowly but then I swapped to the dark blue bottle sun cream (Nivea?) and it went away.

When one of my daughters was small she suffered from prickly heat. It was suggested we got Johnsons prickly heat powder and used no sun creams. Great result. Unfortunately wasn't on sale in UK but a letter to the company and two free containers were dispatched. Don't know if its still available.
