Movistar - thanks for the tip

Earlier this year I saw a posting here where someone had renegotiated their broadband contract with Movistar. I popped into their office today - very helpful and with a new contract halved the monthly bill. Then received email from with a further 10€ a month discount for 12 months.
So a big thank you to however posted this advice.

Does the quoted amount include IVA @ 21% ?

Yes, as far as i can see. The contract simply states the discounted monthly rate with first payment of 33€ in May
