New Marina Building

[AJAPP]

Whilst in the port over New Year, I noticed construction work taking place on the road leading from the roundabout to the Marina. In particular, they are "reclaiming" a strip of land about 3 meters wide along the road.

Does anyone know what the purpose of this is? New Visitors Berths perhaps?

Also, does anyone know what use the new building (used to be site of La Lonja before it was blown down) will be put to?

The new building is to be a restaurant with tables on the outside terraces, below is to be a canteen style lunchtimes snacks etc the new owners are well placed to provide top quality food from this new building , the road to the marina is to be improved no other details are known by me
