Is the new location any busier than the old one?
 
It was last night :D.
We arrived at 9.30, table of 7 had just gone and there were four tables of 2, plus tables of 3, 4 and 5. It was a lovely balmy evening so everyone was in the courtyard which is really pretty. We were amazed at how well Jaime's vine is doing, he could end up in the wine making business ;).
After eating the bread/ butters and russian salad, starters were warm duck salad mmm!! and seafood salad which hubby thoroughly enjoyed. Mains were lamb chops for him and veal in port wine sauce for me, both were delicious. We shared a cheese selection. This was all washed down with water and a bottle of house white which was very good, coffees and complimentary hierbas.
Mr and Mrs Smiddy were at the next table to us and we ended up sitting together having a few after dinner drinks, Jaime joined us when all his other customers had gone. It was lovely to sit together, drinking and chatting but before we knew it, it was after 2am sorry Jaime.
Anyway it was yet another fantastic evening in O'Lume with great food, impeccable service and charming company, thank you Jaime, staff and of course Mr & Mrs S ;) :D.
 
I am very envious, Sparky! So that salad thing is actually called a Russian salad - now I know. The duck salad is delicious, I wish I had ordered that when I tasted my wife's (although the clams were very good too, as I suspect everything on the menu would be). Did you see the mini bunches of grapes on the vines? Nice to hear it was busy.

Can't wait to return next year (or sooner if we can).

Yes Paul there are quite a few bunches of grapes forming on the vine. BTW Jaime was very happy to read your review :D.
 
Several times Paul but that's Jaime, a very endearing character who just wants to please all of his customers. :D
 
yes another great night with fab food, good company and dare i say it ambience lol
bit of a headache this morning though but worth it
 
This time in 2 weeks, Me my wife and 2 daughters will be in the taxi from Palma starting out on 2 wonderful weeks in PP. Can't wait to try this place for the 1st time. Look forward to meeting Jaime and trying his T-Bone.

sparky,we have just returned from our annual visit and I was on the table of 5 on the 4th thought i recognised you sat at the table opposite from your picture and mentioned it to hubby but was too shy to say hello.had a fabulous meal service and food could not be faulted we returned on the 8th for another fantastic meal without the forum we would probably not have visited so thank you to all that post

Thought you only went out once a week? Is your fridge still broken, or have you just forgot to plug the new one in;)
