October Catalina

Hi
We are planning a week stay in October Half term for my 40th birthday.
Has anyone stayed at the Catalina (1 bed) on the Pine Walk - we have stayed in previous places from the same owners and always found them really nice to deal with but not this particular apartment.
Also I know if I trawl I will find the answer but how open will the port be w/c 23rd Oct- we have been for many consecutive summers but never 'out of season'.
Any help/advice appreciated

I don't know the apartment but the port is 'open' till the end of October - everything seems to slow down early November.
