Messing around over the last couple of weeks with the panorama function on my 'phone.

Hope you enjoy... and hope they come out OK on here!

... and a few more...

The chill out cocktail bar at Bon Aire

Thanks for cheering me up on a dull miserable looking Wednesday morning......7 weeks to go:)

Great photos, especially the chill out bar, discovered it this year, great setting and food!

Love the chill out bar Baron! Real interest and colour! Great to see it from inside as only ever driven past and looked upwards!! ;)

Something The Baroness and I have been thinking of doing for a while now - Rented a couple of bikes (Multi Hire - €9 per day) and rode round the bay. Stopped off in Alcudia for a spot of lunch (surprised how much cheaper it was than PP!) then carried on over to BonAire. Had a snorkel off the rocks and finished off with a couple of cocktails in the Chill Out bar before riding back. Not the cheapest, but a really lovely setting and atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. I bet it looks wonderful after dark with all the little flame torches lit. Here's another shot from the other side of the thatched bar.... Those hammocks sure look inviting!

Maybe next time!

Hopefully this should work! Taken at the end of July from the top of the Calvari steps. It's a bit dark, but it captures the feeling of the sunset, and the view from up there is amazing.

Hope you don't mind the thread hijack....

We did actually the same Baron, we hired bikes and made it all the way along to nearly the end at the restaurant, is was too hot and the road looked a bit hairy up the hill towards the end. We stopped at the viaduct over the torrent and had a swim in the little beach between the rocks. You can just see the place in the middle distance.
