Parcel delivery

Can anyone advise on the best and most cost-effective way to send parcels (up to about) 35 Kg out to PP?

I regularly use www.parcel2go.com which costs around £30 but I think the weight limit might be a problem. Also you cannot deliver via courier to a Post Office box which several people do have if they are in the countryside.
