Please can anyone help. My family and I have been visiting Pollensa for the past 12 years or so. This year we again booked with Villa Parade who have just gone into administration leaving with our flights booked and paid for and no accommodation. We had booked and paid a deposit for Pinewalk Apartment Katy. WE would appreciate it if anyone could point us in the direction of the owner so that we may contact them directly with a view to booking directly. Thank you in hope.

I believe that the owner of this apartment is possibly the manager of Business Resorts who were in " partnership" with Villaparade. We were offered his apartment for a winter break a couple of years ago when we visited their office in Pollensa. They have renamed themselves as Mallorca Rent Villas (or similar) and retain an office in Pollensa (see post on Villaparade / Travelopo). Have you checked the Travelopo list ?

Hi Hibby, I am a neighbour to the owner of that property but you may need to make some more posts on here before you can receive any private messages.

I am so sorry to hear about the demise of Villa Parade....it is very sad and I know it has left a lot of holiday makers' plans in ruins and the apartment owners out of pocket too.
