Planning a wedding in Puerto Pollensa

I have managed to find a beautiful villa in Puerto Pollensa that can accomodate all of our guests and have been given permission to hold a wedding service in the grounds - the only thing I need to do now is settle the bride-to-be's nerves about the weather! We are planning on getting married early March 2008, can anyone give an idea of what sort of weather / temperature we can expect?

Also any recommendations for a good florist in the Port.

HI THERE,

UNFORTUNATLY THE NAME YOU HAVE CHOSEN TO USE ON THE FORUM COULD SUM UP THE WEATHER IN EARLY MARCH.
SOME OF THE COLDEST WETTEST WEATHER WE HAVE EVER HAD OVER IN PP DURING THE LAST 20 YEARS HAS BEEN EARLY MARCH!!
TWICE IN THE LAST 5 YEARS THERE HAS BEEN SNOW AT THAT TIME ALTHOUGH IT DOES DISSAPEAR VERY QUICKLY.
WE HAVE JUST RETURNED FROM THE JANUARY FIESTA LAST WEEK AND ENJOYED 6 DAYS OF BEAUTIFUL SUNSHINE AND SITTING IN THE SUN EVERY DAY SO YOU CAN NEVER REALY TELL IN THE WINTER.
NOT WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR BUT THE TRUTH.

Many thanks for the info – not too sure about the weather in early March – may look at dates late March early April after the easter holidays – so any updates on likely weather for that period will be greatly appreciated and rewarded with an invite to relevant stag/hen doos! (am I too old at 39 for Chivaz? Oops I’ll be 40 then.
