Can anyone give update on progress of pollensa mar refurb the apts were having major refurb over the winter just wondering how that is progressing thanks

I would also be interested in how this going. Have been checking their website for updated pics but still seem to be the artist impression type that are on there. I have booked again this year and am looking forward to it. Maybe get down to the square for the usual meeting again also :)

Apt Pollensa Mar

Hi Vincent

Just got back from a few days in Palma, having made a day trip to Pollesa to show our friends what a wonderful place it is. we have been going to pollensa for the last 12 years and we love it, we normally stay at the playa Mar but booked the one night this time at Apt Pollensa Mar. Like yourself we had been checking for comments and were concerned at the lack of response but let me tell you we had no need to have worried, the Apartments were absolutely stunning and would recommend them to anyone. From the furniture to the furnishings it was all high spec and it is obvious that a lot of hard work has gone into getting them to such a high standed. Hope this helps:)

Thank you for that info we are staying there at end of May cannot wait we had checked the pats out at end of March place was crawling with workmen but good to hear from someone who has actually stayed since the refurb :)

Yes excellent news. Have stayed there twice now and thought they were due a refurb the last time. Glad to hear it is to a high standard and looking forward to it even more now. Roll on June..:)

New photos of the refurbishment of Pollensamar are on the Hosposa website and it looks very good. I notice it says full bathroom on the website though and it does look like a wet room in the photos with only the shower. This may put off some families with young children.

I have had 3 sets of clients stay there so far this year and the feed back is excellent. They are walk in showers, no baths. Very attractive and there is even a chair lift to help those that struggled with the steps down to the lower ground floor reception desk.
An excellent choice this year before the prices increase next year.
