The Cloister of Sant Domingo de Pollença will once again be the epicenter of Mallorcan wine on May 10 and 11, 2025 with the celebration of the XXII Wine Fair, an event already consolidated in the wine calendar of the Balearic Islands. Organized by the Vi Primitiu association with the support of the Pollença City Council, the fair will bring together this year a total of 37 wineries from Mallorca and 20 from the DO Montsant (Priorat, Catalonia), offering visitors the possibility of tasting nearly 250 different wines.

The fair, whose main objective is to give visibility to local products and foster relationships between producers, will feature the participation of three new Mallorcan wineries that are debuting in this edition: Molí d'en Blanc, Nacra and Son Antem. This diversity in the offer will allow attendees to discover a wide range of wines, from the most traditional to the latest innovations in the sector.

The doors of the fair will be open on Saturday from 10:00 to 20:30 and Sunday from 10:00 to 14:00 (the ticket office will close one hour earlier). The entrance fee is €15 and includes a glass for the tastings and a €5 discount voucher for the purchase of wine within the fair itself.

In addition to the tastings, the program includes parallel activities such as guided tastings and a jazz concert with the MG Quartet group, which will take place on Friday, May 10 at 8:00 p.m. in the Cloister itself. This combination of culture, music and oenology reinforces the festive and informative nature of the event.

Vi Primitiu emphasizes that "the Wine Fair is a space to share, learn about and enjoy the wine made in our country, but also to establish bridges with other wine-growing areas such as Montsant, with whom we maintain a close collaboration."

With a history spanning more than two decades, the Pollença Wine Fair has become a benchmark for wine lovers and for those who want to discover new flavors, always in an environment as emblematic as the Cloister of Sant Domingo.
