I noticed while browsing the property for sale that the apartment building which houses Casa Vila di Mare is up for sale...4,700,000€. It seems no time at all since it opened. I remember passing often wondering what the apartments would be like inside. Plenty photos on the website but I think I expected them to be more spacious. Some looked incredibly small but spacious gym and reception area. I wonder if they will attract much interest...
